Obituary
Pierre Demarco Washington, 28, departed this life on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Carle Methodist Hospital surrounded by loved ones in Peoria, Illinois. He was born January 17, 1996, in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Margarita Washington and Sean Sullivan, Sr.
Pierre was a quality specialist at Rivian Automotive and held additional positions at Nudo, Bunn-O-Matic, US Trust Building, and Wayne Alberts Landscaping. He attended Laketown Elementary School, Washington Middle School, and Springfield High School. He was a member of Abundant Faith Christian Center.
Pierre is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Theodore Washington, paternal great-grandmother, Mercie Sullivan; maternal aunts, Dianne Washington and Linda Washington-Perkins; maternal uncles; Thraymond Washington, Lewis Liddell, and Raphael Washington; and maternal cousins, Khalia Morales, Romeal Washington, and Elijah Washington.
He will be deeply missed by his mother, Margarita Washington; father, Sean Sullivan, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Letha Washington; paternal grandmother, Mary Sullivan; mothers of his children, Destiny Fisher and Melinda Brown; children, Paraj Washington, Londynn Washington, and I’taly Washington; brothers, Sean Sullivan, Jr. (Kierra), and Raysean Sullivan; sisters, Serenity Sullivan and Roniece Fulton; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
