David Lee McBride departed this life on November 6, 2025, at Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 9, 1968 to Robert McBride and Rosie McBride.
He married Shelia Middlebrooks-McBride on April 25, 2003. Mr. David Lee McBride was a healthcare worker for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosie McBride and Robert McBride.
He leaves to cherish memories: his wife, Shelia Middlebrooks-McBride; son David Lee McBride, Jr., of Springfield, Devonta lee McBride of Springfield, Demarcus Lee McBride of Springfield, and Devon Flint of Florida; daughters, Morgan Leigh Haynes (Trey) of Springfield and Christina Leigh McBride of Springfield; brothers, Richard McBride (Tammy) of Iowa, Alfred McBride of Springfield, and Herbert McBride (Annie Mae) of Belleville, Illinois; sisters, Gloria Harvell (Charles) of Springfield and Sherly McBride of Springfield; three grandchildren; uncle, Greg Gardner, mother-in-law Christine Doss, sister-in-law, Sheli Middlebrook; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
