Obituary

Clatrice Ann Spaulding, 38, departed this life on August 15, 2024, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital. She was born October 31, 1985, in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of Margaret Spaulding and Gregory Spaulding.
 
Clatrice worked in the Healthcare industry for many years. She was employed at HSHS St. John’s Hospital for five years as a technician. She also worked at Springfield Memorial Hospital for ten years. 
 
She was a member of Greater All Nations Tabernacle, Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of Pastor Paul Davis.
 
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Obie and Mildred Griffin and James Betty Lucas, and one brother, Ryan Spaulding.
 
Clatrice leaves to cherish her memories: sons, Trenton William, and Rashawn and Kayden, all of Springfield, IL; daughters, McKayla Williams and Kamiya, both of Springfield, IL; parents, Margaret and Gregory Spaulding, both of Springfield, IL; brothers, Moses Woods, Greg Spaulding, Andre C. Spaulding, Andre Spaulding, Bryant Gaton, Randy Gaton, and Demarco Scott; sisters, Linda (Daryl) Jackson, Marilyn Woods, LaKesha Williams, Mildren Griffin, Pacie Spaulding, and Ursula Gaton; dear friends, Jamie and Malvin Hayes; and a host of several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
