Obituary

Choicette Wyatt 63, departed this life on May 18, 2024 at her residence. She was born August 23, 1960 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Ethel Mae Galloway and Willie Ervin.
 
She married Carl Wyatt. Choicette  worked for First Student as a Bus Monitor and the Springfield Urban League as an Assistant Teacher. She was a Jehovah Witness.
 
She was preceded in death by; husband; Carl Wyatt and daughter; Teneka Wyatt-Thigpen, parents; Ethel Mae Galloway and Willie Ervin, sisters; Elgina Ervin, brothers; Billy Ervin and Vincent Ervin, and brother-in-law; Derrick Winston.
 
She leaves to cherish her memories: sons; Carl Ervin and Anthony Wyatt, both of Springfield, IL, daughter; Ursula Wyatt of Springfield, IL, brothers; Lamount Ervin of Springfield, IL and Morice Ervin of Chicago,IL, sisters; Tangelyn Winston of Chicago, IL  and Sabrina  Fillyan of Chicago, IL, 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, additional loved ones; Best friend; Maryatte Burton, Caretaker and friend; Shelly LaCrosse. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
