Obituary
Rochelle “Yvonne” Reed-Turner, the oldest of two children, was born in Miami, Florida, to the late James and Queen Ester Reed, Sr. Her brother James Reed, Jr., preceded her in death.
Rochelle was a product of the public school system in Florida, attending Dunbar Elementary and a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School.
On August 20, 1966, she was united in holy matrimony to William A. Turner of Miami, Florida. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Reed Turner worked as a hairstylist, seamstress, and baker for many years.
Rochelle accepted Christ at an early age and sang in the choir under the late Reverend Floyd Larkin and later under the pastorate of Reverend Arthur Johnson III at Antioch of Carol City.
Celebration the life of Rochelle (Yvonne) Reed-Turner are her daughters, Vanessa Reed god-children Vanessa, Tony, and Jamaree Larkin; nieces, Kateva Reed-Williams (Johnnie) of Miami, Keisha Wright (Ken) of Georgia, along with a host of cousins (Spencers), family, and friends.
