Obituary
Felicia Michelle Evans was born in Miami, Florida, at Jackson Memorial Hospital to the late Barbara Selena Horne and Freddie Bridges. Felicia was an affectionate person, and she showed compassion to her family, friends, and everyone else. She attended Poinciana Elementary, Citrus Grove Middle, and Easter Seals High Schools
Felicia was loved by all who knew her, and above all, she cherished her family deeply. Compassionate and warm, Felicia was a beloved aunt, sister, cousin, and mother. Despite facing challenges, including her struggles with diabetes and her disability, she remained a beacon of love and generosity. Her home was always a gathering place for family, and her spirit was one of unwavering kindness. On November 6, Felicia accepted the invitation from God, joining her mother, Barbara Horne; brother, John Beckham; and father, Freddie Bridges, in their eternal home
Felicia leaves to mourn her devoted husband, Cedric Evans; children, Barbara Horne, Jamar Jarvis, Crystal Jarvis, Zion Jarvis, and Azaria McCray. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Eugenia Jarvis, Isaac Jarvis, Ja’dair Youtsler, and Eugene Reid; sister, Kimberly Horne, Cynthia Bridges, Joyce Beckham-Estil (husband Attendieu Estil), and Anne McCray; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will forever cherish her memory.
